Welcome to the Onlineracin.com "Best of the Best 2 "
"The BOTB2 is set to start on September 5th 2009"

All races will run with the "Fast" fixed setup. This will also be a full hardcore event.
Hardcore meaning forced cockpit view, and no game assistance (steering, brakes or traction control)
All events will run NR2005.exe, and the SuperSpeedway.net COT Cars
Both the NR2005.exe and the 2005 tracks can simply be dropped into your NR2003 installation folder to work.
All segment one races will run with 30% length, Double file restarts, 2x, and yellows on, at 70 Clear.
All segment four races will run with 75% length, Double file restarts, 1x, and yellows on, at 70 Clear.
If you are involved in an incident, and no yellow comes out, then you will simply email the admin, and let him be aware so he can go back and look, and deduct 5 points from the driver at fault

All incidents will be charged to at least one driver, and anyone else involved.
Your goal is to do every thing possible to avoid the incident. If you have done every thing
reasonable to avoid the incident, then you will NOT be charged the 5 points.
No incidents will be charged for obvious warp issues, or blown motors.
Incidents will be 5 points each occurance, and doubled if it happens under caution.
Segments 1 and 4 will be normal Nascar scoring. Segments 2 and 3 will be in 5 point increments.
If there are 50 drivers, then the fastest driver will earn 250 points, and last place will earn 5
The first 3 segments will keep running total of points, and the top 35 drivers will move on to Segment 4
When Segment 4 is started, all points will start over, with each driver that has won any event, or race
through the first 3 segments, will recieve 5 points for each one.
TeamSpeak chat program is required for segments 3 and 4
Download TeamSpeak   (Get the TeamSpeak Client 2 for Windows)
Check who has signed up

Car files will be who gets in servers first.
We will do car files after segment 3 is over, and drivers are eliminated. Numbers will be chosen by the driver in accumlative points from the first 3 segments in desending order.
