Members caught running known Cheat programs

   I told everyone that if I caught someone using any thrid party cheat programs, that they would be posted, and suspended from OLR 

kEVinUK was caught running a cheat program on September 1st, and his account is permanately suspended at this time

On November 16th, the OLR Client also caught ThreeTMR running a third party program, known for altering game play. I later found out he was just checking to see if OLR was detecting this program, but went about it in a bad way. With that being said, we have decided to suspend his account for 30 days.

TracyHouck was caught running a known Cheat program designed to alter the Papyrus sim, and the account has been disabled

	We are now adding Channing_B (Channing Ballew) to this list also. He has been caught twice now running known cheat programs that alters game play, and his account is permanently disabled.
