Qualifying General Rules Race Conduct Lucky Dog Admins

Qualifying
Qualifying will be limited to 4 attempts from any one driver which can be done any time during the week of qaulifying. You can spread this out at your convience. Once you have completed 4 sessions, no more attempts can be made. Any driver that runs more than 4 runs will be DQ'd.

Once your fastest run has been complete, you must submit the replay from that qualifing run. I strongly suggest you save all 4 if you run that many attempts, to be sure you have the replay of your fastet qualifying run.
You can keep track of how many attempts you have during the week by clicking HERE

Each replay most show you entering pit lane, and at a complete stop. It would be best to capture the replay with 10 seconds remaining in practice, this will assure you, the replay will show you entering Pit lane.
No spinning off the tires, doughnuts, or driving backwards will be allowed. This will also have you DQ'd

All drivers must stay on the road surface, except using the apron to get onto the track. No driver will be allowed to cut the course any where along the track. Once the car starts to move forward off pit road, the car must maintain a forward motion. If the car stops for any reason, that qualifying attempt is done at the point the car stops rolling forward, and that attempt will count towards your five attempts.

General Rules
All drivers must make sure we have a valid e-mail address.

Pitting speeds entering pit road will be handled by the game, but we will penalize any driver that tries to enter pit road unsafely. If you try and enter pit road way above the 55 mph limit and rearend other drivers getting down to pit road speed, you will get a Black flag when you leave pit road. We know you can enter pit road at speeds close to 100 mph if done correctly, but I strongly suggest not to try this if you pit with a pack of cars, because you are more than likely going to rearend somebody, and you WILL serve the Black Flag for try this manuver and end up hitting another driver.

You may enter the track after making your pit stop where the game allows, and that will be entering turn 1, but you MUST stay in the bottom lane. Any driver entering the track that goes higher than the low lane before you reach the exit of turn 2 will get a Black Flag and it will be under green flag conditions.

No driver will be allowed to pass below the white line around the track. If you do, you must give the position back before you cross the S/F line. This will be a Black Flag penalty.

We will not allow any driver to make contact on purpose with another driver to slow them down, this also apply on the last lap. I feel this is dirty driving and will not be accepted!!. This will also encounter a Black Flag and you will NOT win this event in this fashion.

If a yellow comes out and there are more than 10 laps left in the race, do not slow down immediately, just slow gradually so you do not run over the cars in front of you.

Taking the green flag, the leader MUST maintain pace car speed until the green flag waives. This will also be a Black Flag under green to the leader.

Race Conduct
No driver will be allowed to flame via chat in any session during any events. No driver will chat during ANY qualfying attempts, whether it be during qualifying rounds, or the last Chance races, or the Main event. Flaming in any session and chatting during any qualifying attempts will have you suspended immediately

Lucky Dog
All drivers will freeze when the yellow comes out.
Once the pace car has picked up the field, the "Lucky Dog" will be announced.
If you are the LD driver, you will pit when pits are open for lapped cars.
The Lucky Dog driver must speed on pit road. This will give you a "End of the longest line" penalty. We will add your lap back when the race goes green again. Your main goal is to make sure you are at the back of the lead cars when the race goes green.
Any LD drivers that is two laps down, will still do the same thing, and will still be required to start "End of the longest Line.

The LD rule is NOT in effect under 10 laps to go, and ALL cars will be allowed to race back to the line if the yellow flag waives with 10 laps or less remaining.
