Onlineracin.com Policies | Behavior Policy Onlineracin.com takes very seriously reports of inappropriate behavior in races. Our goal is to provide a friendly and fun environment for all of our members. In order to keep our service as high quality as possible we have established the following rules that apply to every Onlineracin.com member. Please familiarize yourself with these rules. Reporting violations To report a violation of one of these rules send an email to abuse@onlineracin.com. Include a detailed description of your account of what happened and a replay of the offense. If you are reporting driver harrassment, please include a screen shot of the offense. Decisions and Rulings All decisions regarding said rule infractions are made by Onlineracin.com personnel and are final. A procedure for protesting or appealing decisions is provided and described below. Appealing a penalty If you believe that you have been wrongly accused of misbehavior you will be provided an opportunity to give your side of the story before any decision is made by Onlineracin.com. Assessing Penalties Once Onlineracin.com has determined that a member has committed an infraction of one or more rules in this policy, the appropriate penalty will be applied. All decisions are final at this point and may not be appealed. Rules Intentional wrecking will not be tolerated. Racing accidents and warp incidents should not be submitted for review. Intentional is defined as malicious and with the intent to purposefully wreck another driver and includes retaliatory accidents and repeated over-aggressive driving. The public harrassment of another driver will not be tolerated. Commonly referred to as flaming, the verbal abuse of another driver in a public forum - including the racing server, chat lobbies, or forum - will result in penalty. Cheating in any form will not be permitted on Onlineracin.com servers.
