Onlineracin.com Policies | Terms of Use We do not tolerate cheating in any form: Onlineracin.com uses cheat detection software to determine if third party software is running on any client machines that alters the natural environment of the game. If such software is found, the offending party is found to be in violation a first time, said party will receive an immediate thirty day suspension from Onlineracin.com. If a second offense is detected, the offending party's screen name, statistics and race history will be permanently removed from Onlineracin.com. All violations (First & Second) will be available publicly via the "wall of shame" list Offenders will be banned from Flashpoint Racing Leagues and Onlineracin.com sanctioned events after the first offense. Private league owners may ban drivers at their own discretion based on the information provided by Onlineracin.com. In addition, if you do find cheats or exploit and are caught showing people, you will also be banned. What we guarantee Onlineracin.com, Inc. only guarantees services stated in the membership descriptions. Online gaming is an imperfect environment due to the varied nature of the Internet itself. With this being known, Onlineracin.com cannot guarantee superior latency/connections for all customers. Customers may experience high latency and poor connection qualities at any given time. This can be caused by factors that are irreversable by Onlineracin.com. Onlineracin.com is not responsible for problems being caused by the customer's Internet Service Provider (ISP) or the route it takes to communicate with our service. It is Onlineracin.com's concern to offer the best latency/connections possible to everyone, however it cannot be guaranteed. What we expect In this document, "we" refers to Onlineracin.com, Inc., "user" refers to you, and "Standards" refers to our Onlineracin.com Standards. As a user, you are subject to the terms of the Onlineracin.com Standards, and other rules that may be published from time to time by Onlineracin.com. Onlineracin.com reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time. Users who violate the terms of our Standards may be banned permanently from using Onlineracin.com. Your right to speak freely here must be exercised with courtesy and self-restraint. Users should be aware that, when they disclose personal identifying information such as their actual address, full name, etc., in a chat room, the information may be collected and used by others to send that person unsolicited e-mail from other parties. We allow only legal activities Although this seems obvious, we will not allow any illegal activities. Specifically, we won't let you advocate illegal conduct or participate in illegal or fraudulent schemes. You cannot use our chat rooms (arenas) to promote unauthorized copies of copyrighted material, including software, artwork, text, recordings, designs, or computer programs. In addition, we do not allow the trading or swapping of images that are sexually explicit, obscene or vulgar. Even though it is not exactly illegal, we will not let you impersonate someone else, including one of our officials or admins. Please do not use a deceptive nickname that would lead people to believe you are a member of the Onlineracin.com Staff. Stalking of others, in our arena chat rooms or in another manner, is a serious offense. In many areas, such behavior is considered to be a criminal act. We reserve the right to release information to the proper authorities, because of a violation of our standards, or because of unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed, and if we deem it necessary and/or appropriate. We cannot guarantee the content of comments that you will receive while you are online. Other people's comments may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate. We do our best to encourage comfort and discourage disruptive communication Onlineracin.com does not allow posting or use of computer programs that contain destructive features, such as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, etc. We also do not allow any bots or scripts on the server, whether they are benign or destructive in intent. We also discourage disruptive conduct: persistent off-topic comments in a topic-oriented Forum, statements that incite others to violate the community ordinances, or the physical act of "scrolling" -- repeatedly hitting the Return key in a arena chat room -- all are considered disruptive. Users inviting others to visit Web sites with content that do not comply with Onlineracin.com Standards are considered to be in violation of our Standards. We do not allow unauthorized commercial activity We encourage communication between our members, but posting or transmitting of unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation to other users, in Onlineracin.com, except in those areas that maybe designated for such a purpose, is not allowed. Your right to privacy is addressed in our Onlineracin.com Privacy Policy. We encourage your participation in upholding Onlineracin.com's Standards We want your visit here to be enjoyable.
